Regorafenib is an anti-cancer drug that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. Regorafenib is used to treat colorectal and liver cancer. It is also used to treat rare types of tumors that affect the esophagus, stomach, or intestines. Regorafenib is usually given after other anticancer drugs have been tried without success.
