Q:What are the warning signs of a stroke? What are the symptoms of a mild stroke?

Stroke precursors
Stroke precursors are usually temporary, but they are warning signs from the body. Common signs include

Sudden numbness or weakness in a limb, especially in the side of the face, arm or leg.
Sudden speech difficulties: difficulty speaking clearly, expressing yourself, or understanding what others are saying.
Sudden blurring or loss of vision: Sudden deterioration of vision in one or both eyes.
Sudden loss of balance or difficulty walking: Feeling that the ground is spinning or that your steps are unsteady.
Sudden, severe headache: A headache that is different from what you've had in the past and is accompanied by other symptoms.
Note: Even if these symptoms disappear after a short period of time, they may be a precursor to a stroke and should not be ignored.

Symptoms of a mild stroke (temporary ischemic attack)
Mild stroke, also known as Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), is a precursor to stroke. Its symptoms are similar to those of a stroke, but are usually shorter in duration and disappear completely. Common symptoms include:

Numbness or weakness in the limbs: Similar to a stroke aura.
Difficulty with speech: difficulty speaking clearly or understanding.
Blurred or loss of vision: Similar to a stroke aura.
Loss of balance or difficulty walking: Similar to a stroke precursor.
Confusion or confusion: Temporary confusion or inability to concentrate.

Why is it important to recognize a stroke aura and a mild stroke?

Early treatment: The earlier a stroke is detected and treated, the more likely it is to minimize brain damage and reduce the incidence of death and after-effects.
Prevent recurrent stroke: Minor strokes are a high risk factor for stroke. Early detection and treatment can effectively reduce the risk of recurrent stroke.

Q:What are the causes of stroke? How to prevent stroke?

A:Stroke is mainly caused by high blood pressure, high blood lipids and high blood sugar. Quit smoking, keep exercising and eat a balanced diet will reduce the probability of stroke.
